It is official.
A long time goal of mine has been reached this past week, and now I can check one more item off of my “Life Goals: A Things-to-Do List.” (That list may or may not exist and be logged in one of my Evernote App notebooks).
What am I typing about?
Why, I am glad you asked — not just one, but two of my books have made it through the competitive selection process for Huntington’s Book Revue Local and Independent Authors Program. Both my titles, Illustrated & Alliterated: An Alphabet Book as well as #SamSketches: A Coloring Book, can now be found within their walls and on their shelves to buy.
If you are not familiar with Long Island’s largest independent bookstore, it is past due you make yourself acquainted. Many authors, ranging from Hillary Clinton, to Danielle Fishel, to Ron Perlman, have not only had their books on the shelves, but made Book Revue a stop along the way of their book tours (and that is just a sampling of who has visited in the past couple months). Plus, I just told you my books are there now, and that in itself is plenty of reason enough for you to stop by and visit!
